Diamond Beach Resort and Spa reaches over 100 pre-sales within one week from release.

Diamond Beach is the newest installment of the Randall Davis Beach Collection. Located in Galveston, TX , Diamond Beach launched its pre-sales campaign to wide acclaim on Wednesday, June 7th. Within the first week of its offering, Diamond Beach received over 100 non-refundable purchase options. As an integral part of the Diamond Beach marketing team, TEAM GRAVITAS was responsible for bringing Randall Davis' vision of Diamond Beach to life. Working closely with the developer, TEAM GRAVITAS developed an energized real estate marketing, media, and web campaign that connected Diamond Beach to the targeted condo buying audience. TEAM GRAVITAS rose to the challenge and elevated Diamond Beach's marketing campaign to a new level ensuring the project's overwhelming success.


The Project:

Diamond Beach Resort and Spa, a 243 unit resort condominium to be located on 8.5 Acres at the west end of the Seawall in Galveston, Texas

The Goal:
To position Diamond Beach Resort and Spa as a premiere resort condominium while meeting the necessary pre-sale commitments to begin construction.

The Challenge:
To introduce Diamond Beach to the Texas gulf coast market with over 2000 proposed units in Galveston alone. Overcome the "fear" factor of purchasing coastal property due to the recent effect of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

Transform and communicate the development concept into a marketable commodity, produce and release Diamond Beach Resort and Spa to the marketplace within 45 days.


The Solution:

Identify the target condo buying audience; analyze the market saturation and competition to solidify market position. Directly communicate Diamond Beach's unique selling points to target the second home and condo buying audience through a creative and immersive real estate marketing strategy.

The Result:
Diamond Beach Resort and Spa pre-sale commitments were met within 7 days of project release with the sale of over 100 units out of 112 total units for phase I. This success has led to the early release of phase II.
